If you represent a corporate entity, municipality, facility management firm, or contractor, you affirm that you have the legal authority to bind that organization to these terms. If you do not accept these terms, you must discontinue the use of our digital resources immediately.

2. Digital Content & Preliminary Technical Estimates

All technical descriptions, CAD representations, product schematics, system architectures, and case studies published on this website are provided solely for general informational and preliminary engineering planning purposes:

  • Non-Binding Estimates: Any cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQs), or system sizing projections generated via web consultation forms or calculators constitute an “invitation to offer” and do not create a binding legal obligation.
  • Pre-Requisite Site Survey: Fire safety, CCTV coverage, access control, and BMS implementations are strictly contingent upon a certified engineering site survey, hazard review, and physical verification of site infrastructure.
  • Bilateral Contract Supremacy: A legally enforceable commercial obligation arises only upon the formal execution of a bilateral Purchase Order (PO), Work Order (WO), Master Services Agreement (MSA), or Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) countersigned by authorized corporate signatories.

3. Client Responsibilities & Site Readiness Prerequisites

For all turnkey installation projects, site surveys, and AMC preventive maintenance visits, the client undertakes to fulfill the following operational prerequisites:

Site Access & ClearancesGrant timely, unhindered access to risers, shafts, false ceilings, control rooms, and mechanical plant spaces.
Permits & Hot-Work ApprovalsProcure site work permits, hot-work permits, and fire safety department gate passes prior to mobilization.
Civil & Electrical ProvisionsProvide stable 230V AC clean supply, grounding/earthing points, core-cutting, and conduit pathways as agreed in the SLD.
Environmental & Health Safety (EHS)Ensure workplace safety standards compliant with OSHA and the Factories Act for technicians working at height.

4. Warranty Framework: OEM Hardware vs. Workmanship

AdvantEdge maintains clear separation between hardware manufacturing warranties and our engineering integration warranties:

  • OEM Hardware Warranties: All active electronic components (detectors, IP cameras, NVRs, controllers, VESDA units, BMS DDC controllers) carry manufacturer warranties provided directly by original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). AdvantEdge facilitates OEM warranty claims and RMA processing during the project warranty tenure.
  • Workmanship & Cabling Guarantees: Turnkey physical installation, cable termination, and panel rack dressing executed by AdvantEdge are guaranteed against installation defects for a period of 12 months from official commissioning signoff (or as defined in the specific contract).
  • Warranty Exclusions: Warranties are nullified in events of unauthorized third-party tampering, lightning strikes, severe voltage surges beyond specified thresholds, physical water logging not attributed to our system, or failure to perform scheduled preventive maintenance.
