Operations Manager - Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver structured training programs on ELV systems, including: Fire Alarm Systems (FAS), CCTV / Surveillance, Access Control Systems, Public Address Systems, Networking (Switches, IP addressing, cabling), Fire Fighting
  • Ensure training covers theory, hands-on practice, and OEM guidelines.
  • Optimize workflows to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Conduct induction and refresher training for new and existing employees.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Develop skill matrices and maintain training records for technicians/engineers.
  • Conduct assessments (pre- and post-training) to measure knowledge improvement.
  • Identify skill gaps and propose targeted training interventions.
