`Area Manager ( Support ) - Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support operations across assigned geographical region
- Ensure all service level agreements (SLAs) are met for client projects.
- Provide technical and operational guidance to field teams.
- Handle escalations and resolve critical issues in the region.
- Conduct regular site audits and quality checks.
- Implement standardized processes across all locations.
- Monitor KPIs and prepare regional performance reports.
- Coordinate with HQ for resource allocation and planning.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors in Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years experience in field operations management.
- Strong knowledge of electronic security systems.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office; PMP a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region
