Area Manager ( Support ) - Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and support operations across assigned geographical region
  • Ensure all service level agreements (SLAs) are met for client projects.
  • Provide technical and operational guidance to field teams.
  • Handle escalations and resolve critical issues in the region.
  • Conduct regular site audits and quality checks.
  • Implement standardized processes across all locations.
  • Monitor KPIs and prepare regional performance reports.
  • Coordinate with HQ for resource allocation and planning.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelors in Engineering or related field.
  • 5+ years experience in field operations management.
  • Strong knowledge of electronic security systems.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office; PMP a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the region
