- Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets through proactive selling.
- Generate leads via cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
- Master product knowledge to effectively present benefits to customers.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate deals, and close sales.
- Maintain accurate sales records in CRM systems.
- Track market trends and competitor activities.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelos in Business/Marketing (preferred).
- Proven sales experience with target achievement.
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
- CRM and MS Office proficiency.
- Self-driven with strong problem-solving ability.
- Industry knowledge (FA/PA/BMS) is a plus.
